From Start to Finish ...

Step 1 – Your Inquiry

Initially, we need to know a bit more about the scope and kind of required treatment. Either you send us your dentist's medical costs projection. Alternatively, you'll see your local radiologist for a CT scan of your upper and lower jaw. He'll be happy to provide you with a CD showing results of the scan, which you'd then send us. Or, just take a few minutes to answer our questionnaire.

Step 2 – Cost Projection

Based on the data you deliver in either format, our personal VIP Patient Manager will instantly elaborate free-of-charge a detailed, validated medical cost projection. If you desire, she'll subsequently discuss it with you in detail and explain any unclear issues.

Step 3 – Planning Your Trip and Treatment

After mutual agreement on your cost projection, we'll set up a team of dentist/implantologist, radiologist and dental technicians that perfectly accommodates your individual medical requirements in terms of qualification and certification. Your Patient Manager will then elaborate and send you a clear-cut timetable. Also, He'll be at your disposition for arranging issues regarding your trip and stay - whether 5-star hotel, flight bookings, airport pickup incl. limousine and/or security personnel, and leisure activities in and around Munich.

Step 4 – Your Stay in Munich

Upon your arrival in Munich, you'll be met by your personal VIP patient manager at Munich airport (if requested, with a limo). He'll take care of driving and taking you to all your appointments, and will be there to help you with anything else that you may need or want to do while in Munich.

Step 5 – Diagnostics

Initially, you'll meet your designated dentist or implantologist. He has been carefully chosen and fully briefed on your case history, and will now give you an in-depth check of your oral situation, incl. oral cavity, gum tissues and underlying bones. Right afterwards, you'll be driven to your designated radiologist who'll conduct a CT scan of your head.

Step 6 – Preparatory Consulting

Back at the dentist/implantologist, he'll already have all data at hand to precisely assess your bone material and oral situation. He can now suggest the dental replacement solution that he deems ideal for your individual case. In most cases, patients will then receive aesthetic temporary restoration to bridge the few days until the permanent prosthetics are inserted. Finally, before you leave the doctor's office, you'll agree on a mutually suitable date and time for insertion of your implants and permanent prosthetics. All diagnostics and preparatory activities as described in steps 5 and 6, normally are completed within a day. You'll then be free to decide whether to fly home, spend the night in Munich, or even treat yourself with a relaxing holiday in Bavaria or Austria.

Step 7 – Insertion

Your dental replacements will be ready for insertion approx. 14 days later. Depending on your individual case, insertion itself normally is a matter of minutes rather than hours. When applying Nobel Biocare™ concepts, even two whole toothless jaws won't take much longer than a few Hours at most. Thus, the whole effective treatment time to be spent in Munich is likely limited to an approximate 2 days.
